Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 5, 2026

Welcome to the Elizabeth Dionne website. By accessing or using this website, purchasing a service, submitting a form, or otherwise engaging with content or services offered through this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

About This Website

This website is owned and operated by Elizabeth Dionne.

The website provides information, educational and reflective content, and access to services including, but not limited to, Steady Conversation, Perspective Companion, and future resources, digital offerings, or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or submit personal information through this website.

Nature of Services

Elizabeth Dionne offers reflective, conversational, intuitive, and perspective-based services designed to help women slow down, consider their circumstances, explore what may be changing, and hear themselves more clearly.

These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention, or another licensed professional service.

Participation in any service is voluntary. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, health, finances, and life choices.

Intuitive Content

Some services and content may include intuitive impressions, spiritual reflection, higher-mind perspective, symbolic interpretation, or tools such as cards.

These elements are offered for reflection and personal exploration only.

No intuitive statement, impression, interpretation, or message should be understood as a factual prediction, guarantee, diagnosis, or instruction regarding what you must do.

You are encouraged to use your own judgment and seek appropriately qualified professional support when needed.

Appointments and Payments

Appointments, payments, and certain service transactions may be processed through third-party platforms such as Square.

Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their individual terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Prices may change at any time. A price change will not affect a service already purchased unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

For scheduled appointment-based services, including Steady Conversation, the following policy applies:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

You may also reschedule your appointment one time when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered missed and is non-refundable. A complimentary rescheduling will not be provided.

Emergency circumstances may be considered at Elizabeth Dionne’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

For personalized, digital, written, recorded, or other services that are not scheduled appointments, any refund or cancellation policy presented on the service page or at checkout will apply.

Because certain services are personalized or delivered specifically for the purchaser, refunds may not be available once fulfillment has begun or the service has been delivered.

No Guaranteed Results

No specific result, outcome, transformation, decision, or future event is promised or guaranteed.

The usefulness of a conversation, reflection, resource, or intuitive perspective varies by individual.

Testimonials, examples, client experiences, or personal stories do not guarantee that another person will experience the same result.

Website Contact Form

The website contact form is intended for legitimate business matters such as questions about services, bookings, payments, collaborations, media inquiries, website matters, or privacy-related requests.

Submitting a personal situation through the contact form does not create a client relationship and does not entitle the sender to free advice, intuitive guidance, interpretation, coaching, or a personal response regarding that situation.

Individualized reflection or perspective is available through the appropriate paid services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content on this website — including written copy, branding, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, service names, resources, and other original materials — belongs to Elizabeth Dionne or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

You are welcome to share links to publicly available pages or content.

User Conduct

You agree not to use this website:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • to interfere with the operation, functionality, or security of the website;

  • to impersonate another individual or entity;

  • to submit intentionally false or misleading information;

  • to copy, misuse, or commercially exploit protected content;

  • to harass, threaten, abuse, or otherwise interfere with Elizabeth Dionne or other users.

Access to the website or services may be restricted when misuse occurs.

Third-Party Platforms and Links

This website may contain links to or rely upon third-party platforms including Square, YouTube, Squarespace, social-media platforms, and other service providers.

Elizabeth Dionne does not control those third-party platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, security practices, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elizabeth Dionne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website, its content, services, third-party links, or third-party platforms.

You remain responsible for evaluating information and making choices appropriate to your own circumstances.

Nothing offered through this website transfers responsibility for your personal decisions or actions to Elizabeth Dionne.

Availability of Website and Services

While reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and services available, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Website content, features, services, pricing, availability, and offerings may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, bookings, payments, website matters, or related business concerns may be submitted through the Contact form on this website.

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship or constitute a request for individualized guidance.
